so, what in the world is going on in this picture?
the building is one of semaga's local protestant churches. this shot was taken a sunday afternoon after the morning service. we waited for the photographer most of the day, and most of the congregation had already left by the time he finally showed up. either way, i'm in there somewhere if you look a bit.

Hello Brekke. I'm a health PCV in Cameroon and I found your blog through the PC journals page. I seem to be like you in that I have not updated my PC blog in six months, you can read it at bwix.wordpress.com
The reason I'm writing is that I will be COSing in December and myself and three other PCVs will be travelling across west africa eventually reaching the north of Mali for a music festival. We will be travelling from Niamey to Ouaga in mid december before continuing on to Mopti in Mali. I wanted to ask if you have any info/suggestions about travelling across BF? What are the best places to go? Where to stay in Ouaga? Anything like that? I notice you are sort of close to Ouaga by Koudougou, are there any volunteers in the area that would like visitors? Thanks for any help you can give. Good luck with the rest of your service. Ben Wixson PCV
